Summary: Players ages 6-18 will participate in skill building training 6:45-7:30pm and then be split into teams by age group for scrimmage games 7:45-8:30pm.
Saturdays are make up days in case of rain cancellations.

Day and time: Tuesday evenings 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Summary: Players ages 9-16 will participate in focused technical ball control in a facility designed for building control in tight spaces. Training will include a technical session and small game-like scrimmages

Day and time: Friday evenings 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Summary: We are pleased to offer a change up of activities for players looking to stay active over the offseason. It's been proven that different sport activities help players to stay active, work different muscle groups, and help prevent overuse of the same muscle groups. Players will focus on building speed, agility and conditioning needed to be successful in sports while playing the game of flag football. Note: This is NOT a flag football league.
